Fee form 790 code 012: how to pay it

To get the certificate you must pay fee form 790, code 012, before the appointment and bring the receipt.

1. 01

   Open the official form

   The 790-012 is generated on the Policía Nacional e-office. Do not buy forms from third-party sites.

2. 02

   Enter your details

   NIE (if you have one) or passport, name, address and town.

3. 03

   Tick the right procedure

   Select the option for the EU resident registration certificate.

4. 04

   Download and print

   The system generates three copies: for the administration, for you and for the bank.

5. 05

   Pay at the bank

   At the counter, ATM or online banking of a partner bank. Keep the stamped receipt.

The fee is separate from our service: it is not included in the €59 and is paid directly to the administration.
