Where to apply for the EU Certificate
The certificate is issued at immigration offices or at Policía Nacional stations with a foreigners’ documentation service, depending on the province.
What to bring
- Appointment confirmation
- Signed EX-18, original and copy
- Valid passport or EU ID, original and copy
- Paid 790-012 fee
- Documents for your situation (work, studies, means, insurance)
